LocaliZoom and MeshView
LocaliZoom is a serial section image viewer that provides an intuitive way of navigating high-resolution 2D image series in the gigapixel range, coupled with segmentation overlay, from a web browser. Analysis of the images is done by placing annotation markers and these points can be exported to point clouds. The point clouds are then visualised in the 3D viewer MeshView.
