Tools for clinical connectivity measures in neurology

Advanced connectivity imaging analysis based on MRI data acquired for clinical purposes is gaining increasing interest and potential applications. This educational course provides participants with the theoretical and practical foundations to become familiar with these techniques, analysing their pros and cons.

This framework is part of WP2 of the EBRAINS 2.0 Infraserv project, which aims to build a clinical imaging database accessible to the scientific community for research purposes. Click here to learn more.
