EBRAINS Summit 2025 opens call for abstracts – Poster sessions and live demonstrations

Researchers working in open neuroscience are invited to submit high-quality abstracts for the opportunity to present their work at the Summit, which will take place in Brussels, in December. Submissions are welcome in two formats: poster presentations and live demonstrations. Final format assignment may vary based on content and evaluation. 

Accepted contributions will be featured during the EBRAINS Summit 2025, offering a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and community engagement. 

Two Best Abstract Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: 

• Neuroscientific and medical research 

• Methodological developments, technology, and AI applications in neuroscience 

Winners will be invited to give a 10-minute plenary presentation during the Summit. 

Key Dates: 

• Abstract submission deadline: 28 August 2025, 12:00 PM CEST 

• Notification of acceptance: 8 October 2025 

• EBRAINS Summit 2025: 8-11 December 2025
